Patty Jewett Golf Course
Ladies first! Historic Patty Jewett Golf Course features 27 holes of reasonably priced golf. Welcoming like a private club, it features a charming clubhouse with patio dining, if fully equipped, destination golf shop with professional services, and a long, friendly course. Facilities include a driving range. Lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant.
Patty Jewett Golf Course accommodates all skill sets with its wide, well-maintained fairways. They bring in splendid views of Pikes Peak. Geese flying overhead, gentle breezes, and friendly staff – the entire ambience – makes the course both enjoyable and stimulating.
The majestic entrance is iconic. Built by General Palmer in 1898, Patty Jewett enjoys ranking as the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi River. It was the first golf course to be named after a woman.

Valley Hi Golf Course
Valley Hi Golf Course features 18 holes open year-round. It opened in 1956 and was purchased by the City of Colorado Springs in 1975. Over the decades, the Harry Hughes-designed course has undergone extensive improvements. It features unique and clever challenges. The bunkers are well-placed among the stretches of ryegrass and deciduous trees. There are tricky water hazards, too. The flat terrain looks out onto picturesque vistas of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak.
Facilities include the Caddie Shack Restaurant & Bar. Valley Hi features a professional staff, numerous programs and lessons, and leagues and tournaments. Prices are affordable.
