- New Listings: 1113 in January 2016, a tad up from 1082 in January 2015 (albeit about 8% lower than January months in 2014 and 2015)
- Homes for Sale: 1923 in January 2016, down from 2470 in January 2015
- Total under Contract: 1981 in January 2016, up from 1695 in January 2015
- Average Days on the Market: 60 in January 2016, down from 106 in January 2015 (selling much faster!)
- Average Sales Prices: $263,678 in January 2016, up a bit from $261,310 in January 2015
- Median Sales Prices: $237,000 in January 2016, up from $235,250 in January 2015
- Total Sales YTD: 849 in January 2016, up from 636 in January 2015
Condo and Townhomes Market
- New Listings: 132 in January 2016 and 164 in January 2015
- Average Sales Prices: $169,438 in January 2016, up from $176,602 in January 2015
- Median Sales Prices: $163,495 in January 2016, up from $159,430 in January 2015
- Total Sales YTD: 107 in January 2016, 99 in January 2015
