For condominiums and townhomes, the Average Sales Price was $171,767 and the Median Sale Price was $133,000, up over $6000 from last year.
In January 2014, there were 3328 new listings of single-family homes, patio homes, and existing listings homes for sale. The Average Days on the Market was 85–less than three months and about the same rate as in January 2013.
