2. Woodmen Hills
The built beginning in 1998, the rapidly growing Woodmen Hills community is also located near Highway 24 E. and Woodmen Road. Amenities include recreation centers, parks, trails, and open space with properties adjacent to the golf course. Woodmen Hills includes patio homes as well as larger homes on lots ranging from .5 to 1 acres. Home prices range from the mid $100,000s to $400,000 plus. There are also schools operated by District 49 in Woodmen Hills.
3. Falcon Hills
